上年年尾喺大埔墟街市熟食中心試過加工海鮮,印象唔錯。諗住每個政府街市,收費應該唔會差好多,所以近近地同屋企人試下上水街市熟食中心如何。上水比大埔收費每斤貴$10-15,但味道卻無大埔咁好😅。豉椒炒花甲(加工)$90/斤,呢度兩斤好能兩斤太多太重,所以炒到好濕,不過調味OK。椒鹽鮑魚(加工)$90/斤,呢度一斤呢個整得唔錯,鮑魚好彈牙,椒鹽又唔會過分鹹。酥炸台山蠔(加工)$90/桶,呢度一桶呢個加工費好貴,大埔加工先$80/大桶。😂呢個整得好差,好厚粉!! 食落油膩感好重。胡椒豬肚雞全隻 $338三和出名雞煲,所以特登點左個。雞肉好嫩滑,但雞味淡,而且唔係完整雞,雞屁屁有2隻😂煲內仲有好軟淋嘅豬肚、兩三舊大豬骨;我地當湯咁飲,唔會太鹹。咕嚕肉 $128當時近乎每枱都點一碟,而且算大碟。可能隔離飯香啦,我地覺得自己果碟就特別細碟😅。咕嚕肉少少厚粉,但好彩粒肉唔細粒,可以平衡到個粉感。調味正常。小炒王 $138男朋友話食過咁多小炒王中,呢個最好。配料加入炸到香脆嘅魚仔&蝦乾,仲有少喺小炒王見到嘅炸豆腐粒,至於魷魚,唔肯定有無,起碼我無食到。整體好有鹹香、同鑊氣。豉油王炒麵 $88好有豉油香,

餐牌上只有午餐肉炒飯,但我地唔想食午餐肉,職員表示其他炒飯都有,講就得。不過呢個炒飯唔多掂,無乜味、無鑊氣。

以上合共$1,145,以熟食中心呢個唔算乾淨、又多二手煙嘅環境嚟講,小菜價錢唔平,而且無鑊氣,我覺得性價比麻麻。
