餐牌上只有午餐肉炒飯,但我地唔想食午餐肉,職員表示其他炒飯都有,講就得。不過呢個炒飯唔多掂,無乜味、無鑊氣。

以上合共$1,145,以熟食中心呢個唔算乾淨、又多二手煙嘅環境嚟講,小菜價錢唔平,而且無鑊氣,我覺得性價比麻麻。

再加多個魷魚鬚,佢既份量真係好大碟,如果想試多幾樣餸一定要揾多幾個friend一齊食,魷魚鬚好香口

不過一大扣分位係熟食中心入面竟然有幾枱人食煙,又無抽氣扇,單靠開窗通氣,搞到一大陣煙味,又煙霧彌漫咁,如果要小朋友去食係一大考慮位

疫情後終於可以約齊人開餐喇,朋友帶咗我去上水熟食市場三和雞煲,雖然環境一般,但非常有大排檔地道感覺,乾淨的👌食物終於上枱喇,碟頭很大,價錢合理👍不過最緊要係味道行先…一食已經停吾到口,每道菜都有佢自己的味道,不會過鹹、過油😋胡椒豬肚雞煲必食🤤🤤廚師果然係隱世廚神😎

同屋企人係三和慶祝父親節飯份量好多,所以叫得太多,食晤哂。勝在夠平🤣食物ok la , 不過不失。湯底有用豬骨煲,所以豬骨味好濃。雞其實晤算好滑,胡椒豬肚湯又無乜胡椒味。我原本以為會好有胡椒味好辣重點係場內太熱!晤夠冷氣,所以大家食到流哂汗😓變相家人食得較辛苦,食到大汗滴細汗。因為係街市的公眾food court ,所以好難話叫佢較凍冷氣。不過如果要我再選擇地點,就未必揀呢間了。可能因為expectation 太高了😂

因為係街市的公眾food court ,所以好難話叫佢較凍冷氣。
不過如果要我再選擇地點,就未必揀呢間了。
可能因為expectation 太高了😂

嚟呢度打邊爐已經不下十次,雖然環境麻麻,但食物質素👍🏻椰子雞煲(半隻雞$188) 之前食過佢嘅辣雞煲,但都係覺得無椰子雞煲咁好食,所以今次都係嗌返椰子雞煲。 椰子雞煲湯底好鮮甜,好足料!有紅棗,龍眼肉,雪耳,杞子,椰子肉同蜆肉。呢度食雞會教你,水滾時先放雞,等水再滾起時就熄火焗佢7分鐘,咁啲雞就會啱啱好,唔會過熟過嚡。我地每次都跟佢嘅方法,次次啲雞都好嫩好滑!另外,好欣賞佢地會比半粒青檸比你加落啲豉油度,令到個醬汁咸咸酸酸咁,再加啲辣椒,其實好正!打邊爐配料方面,都係一般嘅選擇,比起佢地嘅雞煲,相對地就無咁突出。但呢份椒鹽雞軟骨($68)就有啲驚喜!份量好多!上菜時係好熱,啱啱炸起!椒鹽味好惹味!用嚟送酒簡直一絕!
