第一次食傳聞臭名遠播既螺獅粉,之前唔食係怕陣味,入店未睇餐牌,聞到味已經想流口水,唔怪之得咁多人都話好野啦,我怕辣同怕更大味所以試食招牌乾撈,成惠50蚊。試食螺獅粉經驗,聞係微臭,食唔臭,好多花生同配菜,同螺師粉既螺肉,係有D似潮州蜆仔D 蜆肉,細細粒有口感又彈牙,上酸筍、花生、油炸腐竹等材都好味,具有酸、辣、鮮、爽、燙的風味。 另一特色,是酸筍經過了特別的醃製發酵後所產生的味道,這一種遠遠都聞到的「香味」或者「臭味」,令人又愛又恨。店家為大家準備一片香口膠,其實一片係唔夠,應該要一盒再加除味噴霧,因為食後成晚個身都有味,唔單止口有😜
