To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚駕車喺港島揾食有難度，黎到中環豚王可以泊車喺門口。坐低左店員就好細心咁樣介紹佢哋嘅限定王係啲乜嘢，我地點左個翠玉同黑王。枱上面仲有辣芽菜又任夾，中意食辣嘅人，一定會放好多落個面度。我食嘅係翠玉嘅粗麵，有大量嘅芝士粉灑上面，超級香，個湯仲要係綠色嘅，麵好入味又掛到湯，湯味濃郁。而且每碗都大概有三塊肉份量都足夠，不過個麵唔會有雞蛋，如果想食就要另外加配。男朋友試嘅黑王，佢冇一路食一路彈，個味道應該唔差嘅。環境舒適又唔會趕你走，原來佢出名係有原因嘅，因為真係幾好食，係會回頭嘅一間拉麵店
