To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有期待去試一試高速線，手機5:50㩒飛，7:05就有得食，尚算OK。高速線點餐尚算方便，點菜介面清楚易明，火車送壽司，感覺很算新鮮，但有幾點我有點不喜歡：- 高速線每客壽司都係一隻碟，可能是為免拗數，你叫十件大滿足，佢就用十隻碟俾十件壽司你，搞到一枱都係碟，真係啲好唔方便，侍應又唔幫你收碟，我初時以為埋單時佢會數碟，但原來最後又唔使數去買埋單，希望下次可以收碟啦。- 自動化雖然好，但冇咗侍應serve你，加上一碟碟散開咁來，啲葱花/芝麻緊到來已經散晒。平時通常order一碟就好多件，壽司有排得靚，感覺滿足啲，而家好似少一從QA咁。- 見到有個高速線限定嘅迷你鰻魚飯，身為鰻魚控嘅我好有期望，＄30我諗應該會比三件大滿足鰻魚壽司多，點知送到黎真係迷你得好緊要，鰻魚仲少過一件＄10大滿足嘅鰻魚壽司，飯底仲要係凍嘅，有期望之後失望，我係唔會再食架啦元氣比我感覺，質素/新鮮程度有時都係一間間，呢間60分啦
