To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開張營業咗幾日,就趁星期六偷懶唔煮飯,試吓呢間連鎖店,外賣走塑是常識,落樓前問咗歡迎自携盒,帶埋玻璃盒去落單,問咗等大約15~20分鐘,咁我就去兩間超市買嘢後再去㩒埋錢,返轉頭諗住都要等多5、6分鐘。一埋去已經見到我袋嘢食(因為我有埋個袋比佢),由於好重就急急腳返歸。點知返去一打開兩個石鍋飯同韓式炸雞都係凍嘅,外賣姐,廚房唔使連熱返啲飯餸都懶。石鍋飯叫咗豬同牛,有賣兩種醬汁比你,叫做正常,炸雞除咗食到啲粉槳就唔多食到雞肉喇,雖然對食物質素不抱期望但都幾失望。
