朋友住嘅屋苑附近新開咗間閩南菜館 - 閩南面線糊,叫我一齊去試吓。我哋叫咗以下菜式。蠔仔煎:佢同我哋平時食開嘅炸蠔餅唔一樣。平時我哋一般食開嘅炸蠔餅都係脆口嘅。但佢呢個閩南菜嘅蠔仔煎,係加咗地瓜粉落去粉漿入邊,咬落去煙煙韌韌嘅,好有驚喜。蠔仔新鮮肥美,而且清洗得好乾淨。糖醋排骨:呢款閩南式嘅糖醋排骨同我哋一般食嘅上海糖醋排骨都好唔同。平時食開上海式嘅會有比較杰身嘅黑醋喺表面,而呢個閩南式既係用上比較稀身淺色嘅糖醋。個人覺得閩南式嘅糖醋排骨更加食得出排骨既肉香味。牛頭獅:其實就係牛雜火鍋。入邊有好多種唔同嘅材料,包括牛筋,牛丸,牛肚,牛舌,牛腸,豆腐,白蘿蔔等等。各款牛雜都清洗得好乾淨,冇怪味。牛筋爽口,牛丸彈牙,白蘿蔔入味冇渣。個湯底都好清甜。我哋另外仲加咗個生菜同娃娃菜,啲菜都好新鮮清甜。配埋可樂就Perfect喇。
