福建菜在香港不是很多,今天便來到一間位於北角的新開福建菜館。薑母鴨$280,由於製作時間還有10分鐘,建議一坐下就點這個菜。薑母鴨打開煲蓋,香味十足,鴨肉帶着濃郁的麻油和藥材味道,更覺得帶點酒香,鴨皮是精華所在,非常美味,第一次吃薑母鴨,便印象難忘。😍😍😍😍😍從網上搜尋資料,得知薑母鴨內的老薑與黑芝麻油,可促進血液循環與新陳代謝。老薑有助於抗發炎、抗氧化、防老、顧血管等保養功效。薑母鴨去除鍋物表層的油脂後,適量飲用黑芝麻油的原湯,能降低壞的膽固醇並保留好的膽固醇,因黑芝麻油屬於單元不飽和脂肪酸。食用薑母鴨能祛寒,不只從腳暖到身體,也有助於健脾、補中氣。蠔仔煎$55,和潮州的做法有點不同,又不像台灣蚵仔煎,福建有其獨特的做法,不過都用上番薯粉和鴨蛋,蠔仔味道鮮甜,薯蛋混合鴨蛋之後煙煙韌韌,層次豐富。麵線糊兩餸$34 ,每加多一餸$8 ,這個有點像香港的車仔麵,選了麵線底之後,可以自由配搭配料,其中以蠔仔和大腸的味道最為突出。樽裝可樂,雪碧$10。

朋友住嘅屋苑附近新開咗間閩南菜館 - 閩南面線糊,叫我一齊去試吓。我哋叫咗以下菜式。蠔仔煎:佢同我哋平時食開嘅炸蠔餅唔一樣。平時我哋一般食開嘅炸蠔餅都係脆口嘅。但佢呢個閩南菜嘅蠔仔煎,係加咗地瓜粉落去粉漿入邊,咬落去煙煙韌韌嘅,好有驚喜。蠔仔新鮮肥美,而且清洗得好乾淨。糖醋排骨:呢款閩南式嘅糖醋排骨同我哋一般食嘅上海糖醋排骨都好唔同。平時食開上海式嘅會有比較杰身嘅黑醋喺表面,而呢個閩南式既係用上比較稀身淺色嘅糖醋。個人覺得閩南式嘅糖醋排骨更加食得出排骨既肉香味。牛頭獅:其實就係牛雜火鍋。入邊有好多種唔同嘅材料,包括牛筋,牛丸,牛肚,牛舌,牛腸,豆腐,白蘿蔔等等。各款牛雜都清洗得好乾淨,冇怪味。牛筋爽口,牛丸彈牙,白蘿蔔入味冇渣。個湯底都好清甜。我哋另外仲加咗個生菜同娃娃菜,啲菜都好新鮮清甜。配埋可樂就Perfect喇。

炸菜果~類似蘿蔔糕,但炸到金黃色,外皮非常酥脆👍


蠔仔煎~蛋香十足,蠔仔洗得好乾淨,而且隻隻肥美飽滿😋


炸五香卷~有啲似春卷,外皮酥脆,餡料豐富😋


芋圓~拳頭般大,外甜內咸,餡料有豬肉、香菇、切絲、香菜、香蔥等,又香又Q😋
