To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上OpenRice見到8月份推介的彭慶記,專登走去一試。由於唔識路,係跑馬地搵左好耐都未搵到,book左檯都遲左到,好彩當時唔多人,到我地走的時間就有一堆人係度等位。就咁睇門面就是普通食小菜的餐廳,好細間唔多檯,有幾檯係俾熟客book左,視線範圍內的食客大多是上了年紀的或是中年人。 是日例湯唔記得係咩湯,只記得係老火湯,很有住家的感覺。 士多啤梨生炒骨 -- 慕名而來就係為左食呢道菜,果然無令我地失望,非常好味,士多啤梨一d 都唔酸,甜甜地又唔會搶走生炒骨的肉香,味道夾到啱啱好。食完之後印象深刻。 蒜香雞 -- 好香的蒜頭,雞肉唔鞋,都幾嫩滑,調味方面可以做得更好。 椒鹽豆腐 -- 好滑的豆腐,炸得脆之餘又唔會太硬,口感都幾好,惜味道較淡,好似食緊無味炸豆腐一樣。
