To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐完全想不到吃什麼，走過元気寿司時突然看到有新出的系列，加上時間尚早沒有人在排隊，那就去試一下吧XD 今次完全是向著德島系列而來，所以先叫齊德島系列，再加多少少壽司就夠飽。個人大愛鳴門金時甘薯天婦羅，炸得香口而不油膩，金時甘薯非常香，阿波尾雞牛蒡薯餅、鰤魚腩配酸橘醬油都不錯，朋友就比較喜歡炸阿波尾雞，吃起來外層乾爽內層嫩滑，算是有驚喜的作品。最後還點了一份鳴門金時甘薯卷，以甜品來作Ending超級開心！
