To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣非常好，今日去石礦場影相打卡。朋友帶我去左鯉魚門銀龍咖啡茶座食下午茶。蛋白腐乳西多士 - 好香熱辣辣，老闆娘建議落埋煉奶，果然腐乳既鹹香同西多士好鬼夾，食到停唔到口煎蛋回鍋肉米粉 - 揀左一般茶餐廳無既回鍋肉，米粉好滑，回鍋肉少少辣，令到碗米粉好入味，又係一試難忘。至尊奶茶王 - 茶味重，奶味偏少，不過不失紅豆冰 - 差不多有半杯豆，d豆好綿，好好味老闆娘同服務員的態度好親切，服務好，落單快，一定會再次黎幫襯
