琴日同朋友約咗係尖沙咀食飯,又想食牛肉於是就揀咗呢一間食石頭燒牛扒。佢哋嘅餐廳就好似日本嘅餐廳一樣又係外面買咗飛先入到去。老闆都好細心咁喺牛扒上面加左張紙巾,驚住啲汁錢到客人。老闆推介左牛橫膈膜比我,我揀咗300克$138 ,專賣套餐再加$30就可以多一個飯,沙律,同埋嘢飲。通常牛扒上石板都係兩至三成熟,都煮下煮下到最後就會變咗七成,橫膈膜肉好林好重牛肉味,而且肉質好多,其實要300克都唔夠食,下次要叫400克。以咁嘅價錢來講性價比真係好高。
