之前有幾次想食沾麵,但最後都冇機會,今次終於有機會係銅鑼灣一試其味。原來係將麵同湯分開上,再自己根據需要將麵放入又滾又熱既湯度食。豬骨濃湯好似石鍋飯咁係個好熱既石碗度,叉燒係用火槍燒過,好味。
