第一次係香港食潮汕火鍋佢比我嘅印象一定要係食好多嘅牛因為潮汕牛丸好出名一去到間舖頭俾佢嗰幅牛嘅分布圖吸引住平時淨係識得叫牛肉但係從來都唔知道原來牛肉係有咁多個名特別推薦嫩肉,佔整隻牛的15%,肉質鮮嫩,口感滑順,非常美味。匙柄則是成隻牛的2%,脆感十足,與嫩肉形成完美對比。蒙古羊肉片鮮嫩多汁,娃娃菜清新爽口,獅頭鵝肉丸彈牙,潮州魚蛋則滑嫩可口。最後,炸蝦餅的香脆口感,為整體增添了多層次的享受。這是我第一次的潮汕火鍋體驗,感覺滿足!
