又入到黎元朗食晏,朋友帶咗我去一條小路,以為食西餐嘅,原來黎到話係食吉列牛,平時好多人等添,星期六12點去到唔洗位good good。 石板吉列牛好耐之前已經想試,但香港仲未食過,始終好少地方有得食。店入面仲有介紹要點樣食,例如石板會有件牛脂肪可以掃掃石板等佢有油香啲之類。點完餐都要等一陣,因為睇住店員係廚房燒熱咗個石板先會攞出黎。 等咗陣終於見到炸牛排真身啦,牛小排大約會切成12小片,大約係2-3成熟嘅,等你自己再用石板煎,而且仲有椰菜做配菜,好豐富嘅賣相,而石板上都已經預熱同有牛脂,下面係用酒精爐,慢慢燒又唔怕大火,同埋有調味醬,飯係選項黎,加白飯或者加橫町飯或者加定食set 都得,我今次就唔想食白飯咁齋試下咩叫橫町飯。 吉列牛係用上牛小排,牛小排一般肉質都會幾淋,都算多油,但無乜牛味,一般熟食會比半生熟咁食好味,而店員推介食前加少少鹽煎會香啲,咁要先試味道就乜調味料都唔加,食落果然係無乜味,但炸粉唔厚,而且香脆。再黎一件落少少鹽石板煎,味道完全唔同,煎完兩面之後油香出咁啲,加埋醬汁食就更豐富。跟住就索性點完醬汁之後先慢慢煎,肉味即刻香好多,食嘅時間再加上薑,配搭起黎味道就好豐富。

椰菜都加咗芝麻醬,同日式食法,唔錯唔錯 

一邊煎一邊食飯,個飯係珍珠米加上一啲類似飯素嘅材料,飯素食落當然好味,但就同普通飯素差唔多,未食得出有無好特別之處。

因為我都係慢慢燒慢慢食嘅關係,舊酒精就會好快燒晒,店員都好細心咁一見到啲火無晒就自動換火,又會主動幫加水,加好快手咁收起用完嘅爐唔會等你唔覺意辣親,細心值得加分。
