To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食，味道唔錯。

本身都唔知有呢間鋪，咁岩今日拎貨順路搵到，於是收工前叫定拎外賣。都好快手，20分鐘左右已經拎得。叫咗個普通蟹柳沙律手卷，味道有驚喜，比以前食過既更好味，普通手卷做到咁既味真係唔錯。跟住兩件腐皮壽司，兩件炸軟殼蟹壽司，加玉子小卷。味道都唔錯，第一次食炸軟殼蟹壽司，又唔會好油，脆脆地加埋沙律，又唔會好貴。咁既份量加咁既價錢，我個人覺得算抵食。有機會下次要買晚飯會再食，同埋試其他。不過美足不足係堂食位唔係好多。
