To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食lv4 整體都ok對比左美國和牛同澳洲和牛 發現澳洲和牛係好食過美國和牛,唔煙韌,燒得啱啱好既就入口即溶美國和牛就肥啲,食到牛肉既香味,不過食到後面就難咬飲品正常~飯可以試少少(食太多會飽)甜品方面 泡芙最好食(可以轉下口味)第二係烏龍茶味雪糕 第三係牛奶味雪糕窩夫🧇唔好食 好粉、似蛋糕、又冇味整體黎講 想食好啲就俾貴啲 覺得貴但對食物冇乜要求lv2都得 lv1選擇太少....環境ok~有時燒野太大煙 抽風就一般般
