今日 第一次去咗食澳嗎卡斯,估唔到出乎意料之外咁好食, 太興奮喇,所以忍唔住要即刻寫低食咗啲乜。 Omakase即係廚師發板, 你唔會知道嗰餐食啲乜嘢。你畀一個價錢,然後師傅會根據嗰日既食材,精心挑選最新鮮嘅海鮮畀你。我哋兩個人去,一個揀咗一個380嘅餐,一個揀左580嘅餐。嘩真係有好多嘢食㗎,食到後面我都太飽,有d食唔落。掛住食都唔係好記得啲魚叫咩名。不過就有鯛魚,海膽,鯥魚,赤貝, 帶子,池魚,藍鯨吞拿魚,廣島生蠔等等。我最最最最欣賞就係佢嗰個海膽杯, 真係成杯都係海膽嚟㗎。同個師傅言談間,佢話佢一板海膽都要成二千幾蚊港紙。真係真材實料。又唔腥,有淡淡嘅海水味,食得出真係好新鮮㗎。必食。其次,我鐘意食鯛魚壽司, 入口即溶。 你會見到壽司上面有一滴醬,每一滴醬都唔同。譬如有麵豉醬,柚子醬同埋辣醬。 嗰個辣醬有啲似tobasco,我真係好like吖。佢哋嗰度地方細,我諗一眼望落去可能得10至15個位左右。所以如果想上去食,真係要預早打電話去預約先。 好在我個friend醒,有一早打去訂位,如果唔係都唔會有位呀。
