To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗聚來車仔麵今次黎到係基隆街172號既聚來車仔麵，交通都好方便，係深水埗地鐵站A2出口直行大概5分鐘就到。而且小店類似家庭式經營，伯伯仲好nice添。叫左3餸車仔麵，油麵+牛腩+豬腸+香辣魷魚+沙嗲湯底。湯底味道唔會太咸，豬腸冇雪味，牛腩都夠淋。雙拼煎餃叫左粟米芝士同椰菜餃，芝士餃子食落似食緊pizza，我鍾意🤤而且煎得香口帶脆。至於佢地既蒜泥白肉係唔辣，岩哂啲唔食辣既人😊炸肉丸係即叫即炸，入面有啲白蘿白絲，食落唔會好滯。

湯底味道唔會太咸，豬腸冇雪味，牛腩都夠淋。
