今次係第二次寫食評丫,今日去左大埔小白鷺餐廳,其實以前都想去,但係因為太遠,所以無去到;而家有車,所以先想去試一試。餐廳11月頭先裝修完,環境唔錯。講返野食先,今日專程去食午餐,叫咗一個軟殼蟹南瓜意大利飯和天使紅蝦墨魚意大利麵。先講個飯先,原隻軟殼蟹兩隻,夠哂誠意,飯既份量有點少,但勝在味道好,南瓜飯中間竟然有用少少芝士增加口感,個人認為好食。另外個意大利麵用六隻紅蝦加墨魚汁麵配搭而成,略帶微辣,麵條用牛油煮,但煮得太耐散晒,浪費咗。順道一提,個餐湯都有水準,係南瓜蓉忌廉湯加上幾滴橄欖油,個湯夠濃,有口感。
