To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對上次嗰次食都差唔多兩年幾前，個次因為某啲原因上午十點十一點都好多人，印象食咗個早餐冇乜特別，今日重臨舊地大概十一點幾，可能係早餐同午飯中間時間所以唔少枱都係一個人坐4人位， 忙嘅時候四個人坐可能會有啲迫，大部分顧客多應該係街坊，有啲就係附近返工嘅之前見上網有人介紹食秘製薑酒生滾豬潤通，自己鍾意食通粉，又未試過呢種口味所以就叫咗呢個個碗通粉嘅份量比我預期大，有啲薑蓉喺面，之後撈埋啲湯一齊食， 味道都幾特別我自己就覺得好食😋，豬潤就有五至六舊都算多，凍檸茶就正常水平埋單$44價錢合理👍
