To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工行完誠品想搵間就腳既地方食晚飯, 所以見habitu唔太多人等位就決定係呢度食。因為我同男朋友都唔係太肚餓, 所以只係叫左carbonara同埋烤厚切豬柳扒。Carbonara HK$138芝士味夠濃, 意粉軟硬程度剛好, 唔會煮到腍哂但略嫌太多汁, 不夠creamy, 而且價錢偏貴,烤厚切豬扒 HK$198本身對豬肉冇咩好感, 因為覺得味道唔及牛肉, 滑又唔及雞肉..不過今次第一次試就有D驚喜, 因為肉質非常鬆軟,亦都juicy唔會乾身, 經調味後烤散發陣陣香草味整體而然價錢就稍貴, 但野食的確唔錯, 而咖啡以前飲過都幾好飲架, 不過今次唔肚餓所以冇叫到了。
