To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在香港一片拉麵熱潮之中,一風堂已經在香港迄立了一個年頭,分店亦愈開愈多,難得是依然能夠保持水準,定價是同類日本拉麵店中最合理的,以上原因都足以讓我繼續支持。早前金鐘新店開幕,有幸獲邀參與嚐味麵聚,再一次和麵王河原成美遇上,感覺他比之前更年輕,更有活力,相信河原先生是真心喜歡拉麵,面對繁重的事務,依然從容不迫,能把興趣寓於工作,應該是成功的不二法門。金鐘新店依然以活力感覺先行,簡約分明的設計,舒適的坐椅,以吃一碗拉麵的環境來評,實在是超水準完成。是夜沒有新口味拉麵,但吃回美味的<辛辣豬骨拉麵>,也感覺開心,麵質依然彈牙爽口,辣味適中,是清爽類型的辣,喜歡這樣的感覺。<餃子>煎得也夠脆口,餡料不多但比例合理,置頂放了薑蔥蓉,能增加香味,但個人口味來說,會喜歡不添加的原味會更合心意。<义燒角包>依舊好吃,鬆軟的外皮和肥瘦得宜的义燒, 絕對是最佳組合。步進秋冬季節,相信一風堂又會推出新一輪合時新口味,一切都充滿期待!!
