To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 除左佐敦寶靈街間垃圾自製餃子屋,我一邊食一邊趕住打負評之外,呢間真係第2間,你知道放工,懷住肚餓的身,果種對食既感覺有幾重要 ,好想食鄧媽媽但無位,焗住望左邊間小雨天,10幾年無食,1食真心由內小到外,心情即時麻麻,首先係叫左碗垃圾小鍋米線加排骨腩肉,頂,一黎個賣相已經麻麻,大碗有銀用咩?排骨硬過你條命,一個壯年人都要就快咬到牙出血先食到,所以我放棄左,腩肉連譚仔都不如如,個湯差差差,個米線小小小,有無考慮過我感受,點解垃圾店仲可以生存,我真係個心喊到小雨,係大雨天先岩,食左唔夠20分鐘既我要走先,上去3樓買個格餅食補飛先。
