家人生日,所以想找間特別,又好味的食館慶祝,一行四人,就嚟到銅鑼灣莊館,呢度裝修好靚,坐位好濶落我四人,叫左兩個小食,主食四個,菜蔬一碟,湯兩個,加一個甜品花雕魚籽滷水燻蛋-唔似一般餐廳用雞蛋,呢度用鴨蛋做食材,所以較彈口,上面係用花雕凍,入口好香花雕味黑磚豆腐-面頭好脆口,豆腐裏面就好滑,食得出有黃豆香味澳洲和牛叉燒-以和牛做食材,配以中式 叉燒煮法,因和牛油脂分布平均,加上肉質軟滑,所以這和牛入口,肉質好鬆脆嫩滑,加上甜甜啲蜜糖嚟燒,非常惹味水煮和牛面頰-嚟個就真係好有西班牙火腿的食法,牛面頰用水煮方法,會較辣,但用西瓜配埋一齊食,可以減低一點辣度,辣辣甜甜,好味又夾陳皮咕嚕肉-係用黑毛豬,加上中式咕嚕肉煮法,肉質有彈性,軟滑兼有嚼頭燻脆皮雞-煙燻味幾重,雞皮脆口,雞肉香滑花膠响螺雞靜岡蜜瓜燉湯-响螺的鮮甜,花膠的香滑,蜜瓜清甜,成個組合好新鮮、好特別,同真係好好飲阿拉斯加蟹肉酸辣湯-酸辣味唔濃,金菇太多,蟹肉的甜味又被酸辣蓋過,呢個就冇咩驚喜鲜人參红棗炒脆玉蘭-人參甘香配红棗清甜加玉蘭脆口,有清新感覺椰皇凍-睇見個椰皇擺設,未食個心都warm晒啦,入口有陣陣椰味,清甜,食落真係甜
