To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Delifrance之前中秋節時間，有一回收月餅盒行動，只要帶月餅盒到Delifrance，一個月餅盒可換一張50現金卷，只需食滿$100，就可用一張，今日朋友約我哋3人去行工展會，所以先到灣仔Delifrance醫肚，然後再去銅鑼灣行工展會我哋4人，叫咗兩個餐先在點餐處點食物，付款後會有一個號碼牌，食物煮好後，店員會按號碼牌將餐送上醬燒豬肋骨全份配薯條，豬肋骨好大份，切開有成10條骨，都幾厚肉，醬汁甜甜，入口好香口，咬落仲好juicy，配菜有沙律、薯條，沙律菜好新鮮，落咗黑醋汁，入口好清新另一份叫咗夏威夷薄餅，呢個就真係麻麻，餅面饀料同芝士都太少，餅邊唔脆同非常硬，加咗一份沙律，凍飲要咗百香果梳打，飲品入口好清甜總括嚟講，4人平均只需大約$40，真係好平好抵食
