To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假無聊行下市中心, 見餓餓地便去茶木tea 一tea.放假下午4點左右都有人等位, 等咗15分鐘便安排入坐卡位, 自成一角好過坐其他方枱, 無咁迫.  我地今次4個人, 一共叫咗3樣來share, tea time要食得colorful d, 同埋甜甜地嘅嘢令人開心d.542. 黑糖芋圓水果仙草 $42    賣相一般, 原來下面好鬼多冰, 有半碗都係糖水, 好搵笨, 但紅豆真係好味唔會好甜, 咁少料唔怪之得可以賣咁平啦(以連鎖式經營來計)另外叫咗2個蜜糖磚塊 (各$78), 分別係: 451. 石板街巧克力 & 453. 草莓香草, 都係相機先食, 顏色好吸引, 雪糕融咗D嘅效果仲靚, 切開裡面每粒麵包方塊都焗到脆卜卜, 連麵包框嘅內或外都係脆嘅, 點上雪糕同CREAM一齊食, 真係好食到停唔到口, 我地2個人分1份, 其實真係好鬼飽架, 夜晚食飯都無乜胃口添...
