To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新開燒肉店，趁放假去排隊試下。12:30拎左飛，173號，見仲有百幾張，我2:30再返去等。2:30坐係門口開始等，得兩張枱走左，一直無行開過，仲未到我，中間又會有啲人過左飛又衝返黎，店員又會俾佢地插返隊，安排極差。等到3:30終於入得，點菜，啲餐極快上枱，嘩，啲肉個質素仲衰過佳寶特價肉🧐白飯、泡菜同醬汁都幾好，價錢都好平，但我係黎食燒肉，啲肉咁嘅質素都敢serve客？食咗30分鐘，明明仲有食物，店員係咁想收我啲碗筷，我仲食緊㗎喎….明明我係出門等位果一個鐘都無見啲店員收其他人碗筷，忽然做乜咁趕翻枱？不可一，不可再。
