To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等候時間太久，轉了餸又不出聲

突然好想食車仔麵，雖然知道何車要等比較耐，不過覺得何車都係比較啱食，就照叫照等啦。選擇困難梗係叫老何十餸，夠晒豐富。等咗差不多40分鐘先有，車仔麵其實都全部煮好晒，𢳂入隻碗啫，都要等40分鐘實在有點點那個。本身最想食大腸同魷魚，十餸冇魷魚但有大腸，加埋支茶已經$90，所以放棄另外加餸。點知返到屋企，唔見有大腸，變咗三片紅腸，，轉餸都唔係話唔得，都出句聲嘛，兩樣餸都唔同價錢啦，咁樣算唔算違反商品說明條例？真係好失望的一餐。
