Had to wait 15 mins for a single cup of coffee when I’m in a hurry.Approached the staff for ordering, and I was told that (after waiting for quite some time) I would have to wait 15 mins for coffee, which is quite unreasonable. As I was in a hurry, I asked whether I can order icecream instead in hope of receiving my order quickly. Approached the staff for ordering, and I was told that (after waiting for quite some time) I would have to wait 15 mins for coffee, which is quite unreasonable. As I was in a hurry, I asked whether I can order icecream instead in hope of receiving my order quickly. Was informed that it would take an equally long time.
Waited an extra 10 minutes before I finally was able to even place an order. After I did, I waited for around 10 to 15 minutes without receiving my order. This was especially frustrating as I was kind of in a hurry. In the end, I had to pass and other member of stuff to check on my order., who then brought me my drink. The fact that my drink was brought to me right after that, made me suspect whether my drink was already made but it was not delivered to me.
There are a lot of stuff fooling around in the shop, not doing anything. There is only one member of the stuff actually engaged in making drinks and taking orders, which was definitely not sufficient.
Overall, poor dining experience. The restaurant you should not have let customers wait this Long.
