To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向食開譚仔，都預左要等位，但今天來到這間不用等位，很開心地入去！一時十五分落單叫野食，兩碗米線，一客土匪雞翼！土匪雞翼很快便到逹，吃下去依然很美味 等呀等，等呀等‥‥已經等左三十分鐘，我們的米線還未到，眼看同枱比我們遲的吃完走了，我們還在等！叫了待應來問問，他說來緊！再等十分鐘，我們的米線還不見蹤影‥再找待應來問問，這次他跟進我的 Order，回來說已經整好左，出緊來！落單計，等了五十分鐘才有東西吃！食物是好吃，但是等了五十分鐘才有食物送上，感覺不好！
