To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

8:00pm 已經坐低即刻落單，搞到8:30都仲未有得食，同個職員講，佢就話嚟緊㗎喇出緊㗎喇，每個客都係咁樣催佢哋，我唔明煮米線或者菜點解可以咁慢囉😅😅如果你好多時間浪費嘅話，可以食呢間分店嘅。否則嘅話就真係完全唔建議啦其實上網都見到有好多人講呢個問題㗎啦，不過以為會有改善啦，點知原來都係咁鬼慢。仲有啲職員同我講煮米線呢其實唔係咁快嘅，咁係你地慢姐講真，我就真係唔知道呢啲用湯煮嘅嘢要幾耐啊，理論上就唔係好困難嘅啫
