To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋今日去左元氣🍣首先，我哋要講講服務。唔知點解，呢度嘅服務真係好慢㗎！我哋等咗半個鐘都冇見食物出黎，真係好失望。😔我哋其實好趕時間，所以最後2個人只係食到3樣野就要走⋯真係可惜呀。⏰不過，我哋仲係試咗一啲嘢。辣味三文魚係我哋嘅首選，因為我哋好鍾意食辣嘢。🌶️ 呢份三文魚佢有啲辣辣嘅味道同埋鮮嫩嘅口感，真係好好味！👌😋元氣卷係另一個我哋嘅選擇。但係佢中間炸到好乾好硬🥗🍤唔太推薦⋯最後，我哋亦食到腐皮壽司😅佢係一層薄薄甜甜嘅腐皮包住一大舊飯。食落去有啲嚼勁同埋甜甜味道🥢不過，對於我哋嚟講，呢個菜式唔係咁出色。總括黎講，如果你係個唔介意等嘅人，可以嚟試下佢哋嘅壽司，菜式常有變化，如圖有新野。不過，如果你有趕時間，我就唔會太推薦喇。🕰️要考慮清楚先喇！
