To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落咗單一堆食物同蜆肉烏東，等咗15 分鐘外賣未有問問情況，侍應話整緊過咗15分鐘再問又話整緊，已經等到好嬲唔知整緊乜，再問佢先話冇蜆肉，唔係一早應該知無嘅咩？唔知等乜又唔講，最後叫佢轉返個普通烏東又再等等，前前後後已經玩左成粒鐘，返到屋企其他已經準備好既食物已經凍q 唒，另一個烏東乾唒水，燉蛋變水蛋⋯無下次！！
