To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 等咗大半個鐘最後話賣曬

呢間茶餐廳成日已經要等好耐，都算。上次買完之後，返咗屋企等咗半個鐘落返去攞，佢竟然話賣曬，叫我轉第二樣嘢。心諗你半個鐘前我落單你唔講。我想退錢，佢話嘢飲做咗退唔到，fine，咁我換嘢。點知返到屋企先發現根本冇做到我第三杯嘢飲（我order左三個餐，袋裏只有兩個餐）。好，今次我再比機會佢，我10:56分買早餐，佢話等10分鐘。點知我坐咗係果度等咗40分鐘，中間催咗一次，催第二次嘅時候佢再問廚房，先話原來冇通粉。我白白浪費左40分鐘，佢話退錢。退完錢一句唔好意思都冇就行開左。依家11:40分，邊度都冇早餐賣轉曬午餐，浪費曬我嘅時間！態度極差！等候時間超耐！店面非常混亂！
