To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等咗2年，終於等到！

疫情下冇得去旅行，呢一餐一等就等咗2年。第一波爆之前仲去咗一轉日本，諗住疫情一過就去當地再食最新鮮嘅龍蝦之王- 伊勢龍蝦！一等就2年，仲要等幾耐。。。。食完刺身waiter會問你要唔要煮埋個蝦頭，識食一定會，因為感覺同印象分都滿滿！一路食一路睇Menu，又俾佢吸引到。話晒都係時下特產直送，幫襯一隻。一隻好啦，我就覺得，口感一樣，但就無咗當地嘅氣味，或者呢個就係蒸一隻同蒸一鍋嘅分別例牌野都係個句，水準啦。不過服務真係幾貼心，行過都會留意到洗唔洗加水之類。
