上年12月打去book位嘅時候,個Staff同我講要book到去四月尾,我真係嚇咗一跳!點解一個brunch都要等成差唔多五個月咁耐,究竟佢係唔係真係咁好食呢?今朝去到餐廳,佢其實佔地都好大,都有好多張枱,再加埋酒吧入邊嘅位,其實都有好多位,都唔明點解要等咁耐!餐廳環境好光猛,好多自然光,樓底又高,但因為間餐廳都有返咁上下歷史,啲梳化已經俾人坐到林晒,一坐落去成個人會跌咗落去咁。佢攞嘢食嘅地方分2度,出面近座位果d就係甜品,入面就係冷同熱盤。先講講冷盤啦,個selling point應該都係任食魚子醬,佢仲要有兩款咁多!除此之外,仲有凍海鮮,刺身,煙三文魚,ham等等。凍海鮮方面,龍蝦好好食好彈牙,唔似雪咗好耐。刺身都有好多款,最特別嘅係有鮑魚同埋帶子。Ham係新鮮切出嚟,所以好夠油份同保留返個火腿香味。到熱盤啦,除咗燒味(叉燒好食!)點心(個蝦餃都好好食,但個皮就厚咗啲仲有焗龍蝦,焗生蠔,北京填鴨,煎鵝肝,燒牛肉同埋羊架!個鵝肝毫不吝嗇,佢切到又厚又大嚿,煎到兩面勁脆,好正!焗蠔就最搶手,每次一出,因為數量唔多,好快都會俾人攞晒!除此之外,粉面檔嗰度仲有佢自家製嘅鮮蝦雲吞,呢個一定要

除此之外,粉面檔嗰度仲有佢自家製嘅鮮蝦雲吞,呢個一定要試,個雲吞啲蝦勁彈牙好好味!

甜品方面,一早就知JW d甜品質素好差,所以都冇乜衝動去食,我朋友試咗幾款野,都話唔係幾好食!我就好早階段試食咗佢個scone,難食到呢!唔係scone之如,佢好似喺一個硬咗嘅蛋糕,難食到呢!最穩陣應該就係Häagen-Dazs雪糕!
其實佢每位都要$845(已經冇飲酒),雖然食3.5小時,但好似唔係咁值,試一次見識過就夠!
