呢間胡爐之前我試過cwb分店嘅鮮椰青雞鍋 會有人喺你面前落酒 放晒火去炒個鍋底啲椰子同雞僻腥再放湯 好啱打卡的😂 今次試埋tst分店 環境上我覺得都係cwb店fancy啲 但tst店就有個分店限定嘅金翅乳鴿鍋 感覺好補 要試!🔸湯底$328 但11月promotion係人均消費滿$200就可以+$1選購🤓 精明嘅消費者🤓 其實真係好足料 有翅有花膠有金華火腿同瘦肉 計材料都值返個價 乳鴿仲用半個南瓜裝住唔會煮老 幾有心思仲好入味🤲🏻 但個湯本身比起椰子雞係清一點!有quota啤啤佢🤣🔸頂級安格斯肥牛 ($228/小份) 其實唔小 新鮮靚牛 冇乜筋👏🏻🔸黃金炸魚皮($88) 唔同出面 是直身一片片的 香脆得嚟唔會太鹹/膩 兩個人都ko到成碟🔸皇帝柱貝墨魚丸 香菇韭黃帶子餃 XO醬鮑魚蝦餃王🥟 (各$58/半份) 聽名都夠晒矜貴 各自都食到鮮味 而且我鍾意胡爐啲餃子全部新鮮包 皮真係薄😯
