To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

4點幾等個女補習，有啲肚餓走去食元氣，叫咗壽司盛1C+蟹柳栗米沙律+湯烏冬，沙律好新鮮，尤其啲沙律醬，壽司唔係一早整定嘅，三文魚就唔洗講啦好味，芥辣八爪魚夠晒辣，飛魚籽啲紫菜好脆，甜蝦好新鮮，辣味三文魚就好特別， 而烏冬就熱辣辣超正，本人超鍾意食日本嘢，不論生定熟都咁鍾意。 由於呢個時候係下午茶時段，所以冇咩人好舒服，環境清淨又整潔。最緊要係可以一路玩電話一路等個女，唔會有人趕你走。元氣下午茶餐牌壽司盛C熱辣辣烏冬
