To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午時高峰時間長期有10個人以上排隊，只有一個收銀同時處理堂食同外賣單，就算已經電話落單，都要同其他現場落單外賣客一齊排。結果明明見到自己碗米線都要排15分鐘畀錢，店長話已經冚好蓋不會變凍，請大家配合排隊店內一直有一大堆外賣，大家都在排隊付款，排隊取食物，當場落單的還要另外等10-15分鐘，沒有員工organise排隊人流，落單畀錢拎米線全部走埋一堆趕時間的請三思，食物係一貫的三哥水準，但值唔值得你lunch時間用30分鐘排隊呢？可以的話服務我會畀0星，店家的速度同態度十分趕客
