To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一段時間沒有到南豐沙廠了,今次星期日我們一行3人,打算試下未食過的餐廳,未入餐廳已經聽到駐場歌手唱緊Live, 坐下來都覺得隊band 女主音唱得不錯,而且都會跟在場食客傾下計,都好有禮貌,把聲都不錯👍🏻,支持!我哋大約2:49落了單。點了一個磨菇雞肉青醬pizza ($138)仲有一個豬鞍($268)其實我哋都餓餓地,見呢間好似好多人食pizza, 心諗應該會好好食啦!一打開餐牌,pizza 種類不算好多,我們點了磨菇雞。 我想講,這裡是自助式取餐,取餐具及客人自行歸還所有食完的食物和餐具。我都覺得沒問題。我哋等了20分鐘,我怕漏單,我到廚房問問(open kitchen), 眼見都有6個人在廚房工作,人手應該算是足夠。廚師話「整緊」,到最後,我們等了30幾分鐘先有一個食物「呼叫」我們,便是pizza, pizza 賣相正常。我哋食了第一啖,發覺好淡味,雞肉沒味,食到淡淡磨菇味。因為肉同菇份量都好少!最多是青醬同埋表面的芝士。芝士是「拉絲」,口感ok,但都是沒咩味道。我們都覺好失望!每人食了第一片之後。終於到「豬鞍」啦! 睇個樣是不錯!但第一眼便覺奇怪,點解會切會晒一片片?我心諗「

每人食了第一片之後。終於到「豬鞍」啦! 睇個樣是不錯!但第一眼便覺奇怪,點解會切會晒一片片?我心諗「這樣,食物便會好快凍晒,而且肉會快乾,外面一般餐廳是成件豬鞍上,不會幫你咁切開晒一片片」?心諗,都算啦!照食,第一口食落,同pizza 味道完全相反。好咸。。。 而個白色醬汁都好咸。 仲要我用個「木叉」,叉塊肉,一用力,木叉斷開兩截。。。。個肉不算鞋,也不算滑,未算好乾,但一定不是juicy 個種。

今餐,等兩個餐,都起碼30分鐘以上,等左咁耐,如果好好食,都算。仲要一個淡味,一個偏咸味。真的十分之失望!☹️

呢間賣點應該都是live band 同狗狗🐶有比較多自由活動空間,小朋友區都比較多野玩。但對於我哋三人一心打算找「食」來講,今次並不是一個愉快進餐的體驗。


最慘是未食先付款,(佢未煮)想早啲走都不得,焗住要等。而且兩樣野都$406,性價比好低。


這餐廳,唯一令我們覺得好的是「live band 」。 欣賞!
