To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch hour, 想去試吓馳名嘅海南雞飯人龍唔算好長，十幾人等候👍🏻為免長時間等候，可以轉外賣買返去食於是乎，我哋去問侍應姨姨堂食大概等幾耐佢回應大概10分鐘左右，個心都定少少。等咗15分鐘倒，我哋企到門口第一個位置，即刻去掃咗安心出行，等入座但係等呀等，望一望個app都又已經又過咗十幾分鐘，total 30分鐘up佢哋不停俾1位2位4位入座，遲嚟先上岸，就係唔俾3位入佢話無視我哋企喺度咁耐，成個過程好無奈，等到嬲，將心比心，排隊都唔係跟先到先得嘅，俾籌都係假嘅奉勸各位，除咗1人，單數唔好去食飯，等到傻呀最慘係排到第一，走又唔係😂😂😂呆望住後面班人入去終於入座，大家都點咗海南雞飯同雞湯上枱都幾快好彩只係排隊安排差，個飯嘅質素有保證海南雞冇骨同非常嫩滑飯面有些少炸蒜點綴醬料係辣椒同醋，少辣同酸帶到啲泰式風味出嚟整體係好味嘅而椰子雞湯，濃而不膩入面有好多海底椰，些少紅蘿蔔，好飲今次係幾不愉快嘅經歷，幸而海南雞飯同雞湯力挽狂瀾，加返少少分😥下次堂食，要預先睇幾人再去啦🫠好餐廳，但服務不予置評。
