To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期日又入左上水探朋友 夜晚佢建議去彩園邨間譚仔快快手手食個快dinner（因為第日我地同廣大既打工仔一樣兩個都要返工呀）但係 我地後悔了 佢地明顯有人手不足既問題 等左好耐先有人幫我地抹枱同落單 等左10分鐘黎左兩杯凍檸茶 再等10分鐘再黎碟麻辣豬耳 至於米線 我地都諗唔起等左幾耐喇 大概20至30分鐘左右啦 淨係記得兩碗米線黎到既時候 碟麻辣豬耳已經俾我地食晒 兩杯飲品都已經飲剩三分一 目測枱枱都同我地一樣等到傻左 真係漫長既等待呀.......味道方面 都係一如既往咁既水準啦 麻辣豬耳既汁好惹味 豬耳好爽口 而米線都係同平時差唔多味道啦 墨魚春卷真係好好食！P.S. 有濕紙巾提供 幾細心
