To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屯門新都商場百分百餐廳，買左3份晚餐，買時收銀話要耐啲，要等35分鐘，會唔會考慮其他食物，問佢其他食物等幾耐，收銀話都差唔多時間，呢啲癈話講嚟做乜。等35分鐘照買照等，逛下商場一陣再來攞，35分鐘過後，來到百分百餐廳，外有賣仲未有，問收銀，回應要等多陣，一等又十多分鐘，仍然未有，問其他侍應，一問又10分鐘，其間有個食客氣沖沖走人，冇比錢，收銀隨即問食客收錢，原來堂食呢位客人等左個餐一個鐘有多，只來左飲品，主菜至走時佢未有，我聽到後即時再問我嘅外賣幾時有？店員去問，又喺重覆答案做緊等多陣，已經超過1個鐘，唔等，即時要佢退錢，以後都唔會再嚟幫襯。
