可以唔使顧忌咁樣叫串燒,真係一種享受,仲要係高質嘅串燒。“燒烤堂”印象中之前筲箕灣已經有燒烤堂,但而家搬咗去新成街嗰邊,喺地鐵站站要行多兩步。今日七點幾嚟到已經座無虛席,八點幾開始有其他客人都入唔到,可見呢度有幾受歡迎。呢度同好多日式串燒店唔同嘅係,十幾廿蚊都有好多選擇,係真正做到平有平食,貴有貴食嘅地方。因為咁我哋今晚叫咗好多嘢,但我盡量先寫啲最值得叫嘅: 豚肉節瓜波板糖(附月見) $38 - 又平,又大份,仲有月見可以點,仲有黑松露味道,係一定要叫嘅串燒。汁燒免治雞肉棒(附月見) $38 - 夠熱,雞軟骨夠鬆軟,點埋蛋汁非常好食。焦糖鰻魚玉子燒 $28 - 最值得讚係玉子上面用咗焦糖燒到有啲甜味,連同鰻魚食,味道豐富一流。雞皮墨魚滑 $38 - 幾特別嘅串燒,雞皮包住手打墨魚滑嘅質感,既脆亦軟,亦幾大嚿。鹽燒豚肉荔枝卷 $22 - 荔枝夠晒甜,可以想像油分高而調味足夠嘅豚肉包落去係咩效果🤤海苔黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋 $22 - 加咗大量海苔喺上面嘅黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋,味道豐富好食,滋味無窮。除此以外,雞皮大塊夠脆,A4和牛入口即溶,牛舌腩更加係會食到感動。廣島蠔一份2件夠晒抵食,七里香充滿香料嘅味
