To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺一間餐廳試嗰盤即煎西多士,我心裡面真係有種小確幸嘅感覺。啲西多士啖啖脆口,搞到每咬一口都係滿足嘅嘶嘶聲🥪。燒雞翼香甜得嚟肉質仲好嫩滑,真係撈得過癮!沙嗲牛肉煎蛋脆豬飽入口即溶,沙嗲味濃郁得嚟唔過火,夾埋煎蛋嗰一陣軟硬啱啱哋,食落去真係滿足feel爆燈💡!當講到叉燒瀨粉,我想用「完美」兩個字形容。粉條透明又彈牙,湯底清甜得嚟一啲都唔膩,係平凡一餐中嘅小確幸。然後嗰啲瘦叉燒啊,咬落去肉香四溢,又腍又有嚼勁🍜。我仲試過佢哋嘅咕嚕蓮藕玉子豆腐,真心推介!玉子豆腐嘅外皮炸到啱啱好,入口即脆,跟住就係件件豆腐滑溜溜,呢種口感層次讓人真係過癮。蓮藕嘅甜味配上酸酸甜甜嘅醬料,真係食咗可以令人心情好轉,成個體驗都係正🌟!
