To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大角咀附近有好多好野食,食點心都不失為一個好選擇😃添好運點心都幾出名,最鍾意食酥皮焗叉燒包,幾乎次次黎都點呢個。今次決定試下其他野,點左鳯爪蒸排骨飯同煎釀虎皮尖椒。鳯爪蒸排骨飯 ($28): 鳯爪入味,排骨嫩滑,飯粒亦唔會太硬或者太腍,味道不錯,但唔係特別出色。煎釀虎皮尖椒 ($20): 除左油膩左少少之外,呢個煎釀虎皮尖椒都煎得幾香,香香辣辣,係唔錯ge小食。
