To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時喺屋企諗唔到食啲咩第一時間就會諗到魚米,最鍾意嘅就係佢有種住家飯嘅感覺。通常晚餐嘅時候我哋都會點 豬扒 胡椒豬肚 同埋蒸魚或者煎魚 先講一下胡椒豬肚煲 平時來講我哋都會點胡椒排骨煲 可惜排骨今日賣晒所以就食豬肚 胡椒豬肚煲嘅湯底係魚湯 加上有好多娃娃菜 感覺都幾健康。另外豬扒來講簡直係每次嘅必食之選 除咗味道好食之外 佢嘅份量真係超級大份我諗每次都有七到八塊 啱晒一家大細食 平日我哋都會食蒸魚但係要成20分鐘 所以今次就試咗佢嘅煎魚 感覺比較乾身
