To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 麗港城商場內的漁米,主打各式米線小炒,店面雖不大但整潔明亮。下午茶時段人流不多,點了45元的蝦滑米線套餐,配上熱檸檬水。蝦滑選用新鮮蝦肉製成,口感彈牙,鮮味十足,分量適中。米線爽滑有嚼勁,湯底清澈可口,帶有淡淡蔬菜甜味,不會過於重鹹。熱檸檬水酸甜適中,解膩提神。點餐時店員一度把熱檸檬水多收7元,所幸及時發現並更正。服務態度親切,上菜速度尚可。整體而言,這家店的食材新鮮,價格實惠,用心烹調的港式小炒和湯麵都值得一試。特別推薦他們的蝦滑,確實有水準,是區內平價又美味的選擇。

Order 左佢個魚皮同埋兩碗米線,魚皮好似一舊磚頭咁,用筷子篤極都篤唔開,於是叫佢哋同事處理,點知佢哋淨係用鉸剪剪幾下就算,仲要係剪唔開既,,,,依然係一塊剪唔開既磚頭咁,完全唔夠膽食,唔知用咩物料做,好奇怪既一舊野。員工服務又hea到爆炸,反映完佢地都無心幫你解決問題,剪完我都係食唔到既。個米線又極之普通,一啲魚味都無,就係一個白色湯咸咸地既米線,有其他選擇真係唔好揀呢間!唔怪之得星期六都咁靜。

麗港城有好多唔同嘢食可以揀,粉麵都有唔少選擇,嗰日就決定去食吓魚米。餐廳係主打食魚湯底嘅米線,配料有好多唔同選擇,而嗰日我就揀咗牛腩,整體質素都唔錯,而價錢亦都親民,係抵食嘅選擇之一。

有一段時間無來食早餐,今日有時間就來一回!兩老撐下枱腳!一個落佢個公司通粉,一個落個雞扒餐,質素有進步!量都十足有餘!但如果可加些菜或加有沙律菜在伴碟就更加好!雞蛋有濃邊,雞扒夠乾身、肉地夠嫰,哎呀!上唔到雞扒嗰張相添!會再有下次!

常常看到的魚米今天還是第一次光顧事實上朋友也向在下推介過好幾次或許是緣份未到吧本日有幸一試南瓜🎃難得一見的配搭也剛好是在下喜歡的食物之一加大根兩餸配米粉不知道夠不夠飽因為工作到現在還未吃過東西確實感到肌餓一於再加份糖水 熱的木瓜雪耳 $11糖水先到可是持有貓舌的在下吃不了結果還是放到最後米粉超柔軟 入晒味魚湯底同是極之濃厚突然間覺得日本野輸了😅南瓜軟硬合到好處大根大大件清甜又多汁好滿足把湯都要喝光光後就到糖水環節沒那麼熱 能吃了🤣最慘的只是高估了自己的食量現在有點硬塞的感覺..沒想到 一個$45的下午茶係可以好飽的❤️充完電就要繼續努力工作了💪🏻💪🏻
