To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過路過 , 食個 Pani Puri 也不錯 ~看一看 , 餐廳內有 💛 揮春 , 原來是同路人 , 當然要多加支持 ~說起來好有趣 , 因為所有 "南亞食物" 在香港都冇一個公式化的中文統稱 .... 就是說 , 每家餐廳對於同一道菜都有不同約譯名 , 有夠搞笑 ~Pani Puri 爆汁薯仔香脆波波 $40 : 一客有8件 , 在 印度 和 尼泊爾 是隨街可見的 "廉價" 街頭小食 (當然物離鄉貴也) ; 這店的餡料是香料薯蓉 , 用來沾的醬汁這家叫作 "酸辣凍湯" , 整體的味道雖未夠驚喜 (主要是香料味偏輕) , 可能是因應本地人口味問題 , however 還算是不錯吃的 ~本篇完 ~
